Payments:

Payments are due within 24 hours after service is complete, but advance payments are always welcomed. We will send notification of job completion via text.

Failure to submit payment within 24 hours after service is complete, will result in a hold on the customers account.

Services are not provided until the hold is lifted.

There Is More Lawn Services LLC sends invoices through email. We accept Credit, Debit, Apple Pay, and ACH (Bank) payments.

Fees:

We do our best to provide accurate estimates prior to the scheduled service date. In the event additional charges may apply, we will communicate with the customer before rendering service.

If a deposit is required for a job, a minimum of 50% of the estimate will be due 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the job.

If your job has to be rescheduled by you for any reason with the exception of weather, there will be a rescheduling fee.

We charge taxes as required by the State of Texas.

We charge a flat $25.00 fee in addition to a small fee of 1% per day of any outstanding balance not paid when due.

If there is any reason for a refund, it will be given in the form of a credit to your account.

Cancel/Reschedule Appointments:

A reminder email may be sent 48-72 hrs ahead of the scheduled appointment(s).

We will always show up to the property on the designated service day, unless notified of a date change. We never assume the customer doesn’t want a service. If you have a need to skip a service date, it must be conveyed to us by email, text or phone 24 hours prior to your service date. If you do not request to skip a service, we will show up and complete the job. If that happens you will be responsible for the service visit charge.

In the event There Is More Lawn Services LLC must reschedule an appointment, we will send notification and proposed dates as soon as possible, if not within, 24 hours of the planned service date.

The time scheduled is the estimated service window. Lawn techs may send notification when they are 10-20 minutes away from the service location. Additionally, lawn techs may request to arrive earlier if the schedule allows.

Service Area Disclaimers:

It is the responsibility of the customer to clear and/or remove any items or structures that will hinder service to completion.

There Is More Lawn Services LLC will not move or remove any items or structures in the area serviced.

In the event items or structures in the service area hinder There Is More Lawn Services LLC lawn techs from rendering service to completion, the customer is still required to submit full payment.

Service dates should always be the same, so you should leave gates unlocked, or notify us if pets can’t be let in, or if conditions are not good to mow.

There Is More Lawn Services LLC will not be held responsible or liable for any damage to any items (toys, cables, hose, etc.) or structures (playhouse, yard figurines, etc.) left in the area serviced.
